Amplify is awesome. As a newer person there was very little formal training which is why I feel insecure in my job over all. I feel if I had been better trained I might feel better.

As someone who has worked here just shy of 6 months I can confidently say choosing to come to Amplify was the best choice I could have made. From the work life balance to the company culture, Amplify has been everything I thought it would be and more.

My team is the best! We communicate well and I feel my team cares about me and always has my back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the most positive part of our culture is how we all connect. I love our town hall meetings and seeing everyone joke and send gifs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like I have the best supervisors in the credit union. Crissy and April are always so helpful and always go the extra mile to make sure I feel heard and cared about.
