What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
leadership is most positive, co-workers are most times negative
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are relaxed and maintain an "of the people" personalities
What are some of the best things about your team?
No egos, everyone is helpful and humble. None of the "office politics" that typically goes on

Truly an open door when you reach out o them. Transparency and honesty in leadership is rare
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently in a 10% inflation that is being offset by a 3% increase is the main factor
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are a few negatively outspoken people that have been here for awhile that create a toxic environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
diversity is a touchy subject and proud of how Amplify took this on. Inclusion and attacking all issues head on is a huge quality
What makes you most happy at work?
Being busy and accomplishing what is needed for me to be successful. Working hard enough so management does not have to be involved with my work affairs
What makes you most happy at work?
I am more happy than not when coming too work. I have a genuine interest in the economy and aware that this business is typically first to see shifts one way or the other. Quality people to work with and interest in what I do makes for a good combo
