overall I think the people here are exceptional and upper management are truly involved and listen to what the employees have to say and have made adjustments... this is rare and very encourging.

Everyone seems to work together and help out as they can without complaining.

Everyone is there for you and willing to step up and help you out if needed.

I guess the bonus part, which is nice in having that little extra at the end of the month

Management allows you to do your work and most of the time not hover over you and micro manage

They don't come across and being better than you just because they are in a leadership position. They treat you like a person that knows their job.

I work from home and I don't have anyone hovering over my shoulder double checking me. I'm allowed to do my job, and then if needed, as questions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that the pay is comparable with the standard pay across the board in other mortgage companies. I understand that Amplify is a credit union, but competing in the mortgage industry the pay should be comparable as the work is.
