the ability to work on my own without a helicopter manager. Seeing my accomplishments

flexibility, dependable co workers, management does not micro manage me and supports the work I do.

experienced mature people. we can laugh at each other without getting offended. we appreciate the hard work everyone puts in and its acknowledged.

honest caring people. family 1st, they make it easy to get the work done. Always asking and wanting to know how I am doing. What do I need etc..

honest caring people looking for ways to keep us active within our community and Credit Union. Encourages our involved and open-door policy. NO one is afraid to ask or speak their mind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
even though I am at the highest pay range for my position I am been given a bonus at the time of my annual review. my job comes with other opportunities to be given incentive pay.
