They care, are involved and listen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They made sure I was covered for insurance
What makes you most happy at work?
Structure. Being kept in the loop.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Doors are actually open when they say the door is open.
What are some of the best things about your team?
available, quick to reply. We have online gatherings that include out of state workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
insurance that covers me. Previous job I needed to drive 2 hrs for a doctor and I had no emergency options in network.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I am a needed member of the team and that I am providing information and improvements that make a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am remote, the HR team went above and beyond to make sure I have insurance that covers me in my state, which was a bit complicated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are meetings that are set up, so remote people can join, which are all about knowing the people you work with. It is like a Zoom meeting around a water fountain.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are sites to call out how awesome your co workers are when they or you go above and beyond, the points they award you can be changed in for prizes. That is pretty neat. It is also employee driven, not management.
