A willingness to help EVERY person who works here. Wanting to see everyone succeed both in their work life AND their personal life.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work at a desk after 10 years in retail. I know its a little strange but setting my own pace and working with a team of people who actually listen and welcomed me with open arms has been a breath of fresh air.
