that they are engaged in what we're doing and why we're trying to do it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a vision that they're able to articulate clearly. They care more about the things that matter and less about the things that really don't.
What makes you most happy at work?
that we have (finally) identified our purpose and found meaning in what we do. I've worked in banking for 25+ years and this has been a common challenge at every stop along the way, but it's different now at Amplify.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid more than I ever thought any company would ever pay me for my services, so I'm able to work without any concern for money / pay. In the spirit of the question, I'm probably not the best person to answer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Promotes being yourself - whatever that is. Have cracked the code to getting enough momentum moving in a single direction that those who truly aren't on board are able to quickly fall off - which keeps the momentum moving in the right direction at all times.
