I am very happy to be here, and although work is slow right now, and bonuses aren't happening, I wouldn't leave to go anywhere else. I have received a few unsolicited offers and I have turned them down because I have found my home at Amplify.

The openness and honesty of the leadership team.

Always constructive criticism, and not making people feel as though they are terrible at their job.

I love signing into work and knowing that I don't have to have anxiety about working or interacting with other people because it is not a toxic environment.

I love the upbeat positive environment of the company. They are so knowledgeable and what they don't know, they find out. It's the best place I have ever worked!

I love that they are honest and straightforward. No other work place would keep employees on during this unprecedented mortgage time. Colby is the best boss and truly cares about his employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how much of a team it is. When some places say "team" it's just your coworkers, but at Amplify, we really work as a group and as a team to accomplish goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so helpful, so kind and so positive. It's a place where you enjoy logging in to work. I love my boss, he is probably one of the greatest humans I have ever met and so kind and helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how open and honest they are about the future and about the state of the company. With wholesale being shut down, I don't worry about my future because I know they aren't secretive and would be upfront with us about anything happening.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that our PTO is very great, and our CCH are something that isn't given by other companies. I love the fact that we are acknowledged for what we do for the community. I think Amplify Awesome is a great way to give recognition and to earn points towards prizes.
