The ability to work at my own pace and to be part of this team that I feel is going to continue to grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team each has a way of doing things but as long as the work gets done accurately and efficiently there is no clashing or negativity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a grad student, their tuition assistance is fantastic! I also really love the little perks such as assistance with office equipment and exercise equipment! Very happy with the benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The executive team has put a strong effort into making sure employees feel appreciated and like we are all one team, which has created a very friendly and helpful work environment, even for us remote workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership around here trusts that I will get my work done and does not feel the need to micromanage me, allowing me to learn and develop based on my own preferences! The Amplify team as a whole is also ready and willing to assist with any concerns I have!
