Comradery even in a remote environment. All of our teams work closely together and are all very accommodating and willing to provide help/guidance whenever needed

Positive and helpful. Constructive feedback is given constructively and never used to diminish performance. Positive feedback is given regularly and helps to build and reinforce good habits. Leadership genuinely cares about the team, and is active in taking steps to help improve team performance.
