Beyond what I ever could have imagined. I have always worked for large corporate banks and will never be able to work anywhere else other than a credit union. You can't even imagine until you start to work here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The credit union thinks of their customers first and not about profits before anything else. They truly care about their employees and treat everyone with the same respect, regardless of position or pay level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At initial hire, they provided 3 days of "culture" days which provided detailed info about their culture and business philosophy. You met with the ENTIRE executive team and the CEO even provided his personal cell number. I will never be able to work for a large corporation again.
