My management team is excellent, and I appreciate the company's commitment to improvement and technology. An additional team member would help with coverage when others are out, and I'd welcome more guidance on opportunities to advance or transfer departments

I don't feel undervalued by my team or manager, but a fair market value pay would be nice.

The transparency, commitment to change and improving policies and procedures not just for the consumer but for the employees as well.
