Overall good. However, recently it seems I am not getting feedback(or it is negative) or answers to questions. I have also only had one 1x1 meeting outside of training so far with my time at the company. Feedback that I have gotten can be more constructive.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has gotten much better from when I first started. We are slow which has allowed for more teaching/training. The new processes are great and I get to learn more by shadowing those around me

Pretty good so far. I really wanted to move up and have been working really hard to reach that goal. Right now I have not been able to do that, but was given feedback that my work has shown them that if something opens I would be a candidate they would consider.

Genuine Positivity for all levels and employees

Fun and easy going. Everyone is very nice

Open honestly. They try to be open and communicate to everyone as a whole

Commission. Being able to get a little extra, Although right now volume is low.

Open and honest. Goals are about the people and what can make it better for them

The next thing.... What will pop up today? What's the new challenge? What can I help with?

Challenge. I like that each day, each file it different and brings up new things for me to learn

I know they work hard, so when they ask things of me I at least feel respected and will work for them in return
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Get base pay & ability to earn more with incentives. Of course loans are dwindling but I came from somewhere and that wasn't an option so I an thankful regardless
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Uplifting and growth mindset. We are always looking forward, with a "how can we do better" outlook, which I love. Growth mindset is so important even for everyday life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get incentives on files. Although it is low right now (came from somewhere that didn't have that) However we are about to have to give some of our loans to the WS team so incentives will be even lower, kind of hard going into the holidays. But not much we can do there, I know WS was suffering too
