Mr. Robert A. Simpson has been Senior Vice President Peripheral Vascular at AngioDynamics, Inc., since joining in February 7, 2017. Mr. Simpson oversees research and development and global commercialization of the Global Business Unit's portfolio. Prior to AngioDynamics, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Patient Care Global Business at Medtronic. He was responsible for leading the business strategy and operations while ensuring global execution. Prior to his role within the Patient Care business, he led strategy and business development for Medtronic's Patient Monitoring & Recovery business. He also held various leadership roles in Sales and Marketing during his time at Covidien (Medtronic) and Alcon (Novartis). Mr. Simpson received a Bachelor of Science in Management Science - Finance from the State University of New York at Geneseo and has completed a comprehensive, executive leadership development program at Babson College.
