Constant layoffs during Gail's tenure. Not a company you will likely retire from. Years of service are not recognized as a positive. Higher salary puts a target on your back.
I think this company is degusting with how the limit of healthcare they provide for the customers and fights every healthcare needs of the customer all the while increasing insurance rate for us to pay. I am diabetic and this company is horrible with helping me in healthcare.

Teams usually depends on each other for direction....and if you have a good team it makes work easier

I believe they have not been trained properly and really don't exhibit leadership due to that lack of knowledge....they don't utilize teams very well making the work counterproductive....its aggravating quite frankly....especially if you come a well organized machine....they all have that "throw it against the wall and see what sticks" mentality....and that's across the board.
