Mr. Jeffrey E. Williams, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Apple Inc. since December 2015. Mr. Williams oversees Apple's entire supply chain, service and support, and social responsibility initiatives. He also oversees the development of Apple Watch??, and is driving the Apple's health initiatives. He joined Apple in 1998 as Head of worldwide procurement and in 2004 he was named Vice President of Operations. His previous positions with Apple include Senior Vice President, Operations; Head of Worldwide Procurement; and Vice President of Operations. Prior to Apple, he worked for the IBM Corporation from 1985 to 1998 in a number of operations and engineering roles. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Duke University.
