    Some days it’s ok to go to work, most days it’s a never ending battle of people who feel that just because they bought an Apple device it should last forever. They don’t comprehend the idea of backing up their data and maintaining their device to keep it working. Then when it breaks or they lose their data they ant to blame everyone but themselves and take it out on us.

    First, let me say that it's different for every org/dept. For me, I'm a part of a groundbreaking team that is profitable since day 1. While we'll never be as big as the products Apple makes, being a part of this team makes me super lucky and super motivated.
