    Non-existent. You will receive a review once a year. 15-30 minutes of HR-guided box-ticking from your manager. Rated in three main areas. The raises and bonuses are a zero-sum process within each team. You win, someone on your team loses. The average for the team is mandated by HR. There are no teams of rockstars, as mandated by HR.
