    Tough, but fair. They are not looking for you to fail, and want you to one the best you can be. They are less interested in silly Microsoft/Google-type weird questions (like "Why are manhole covers round?"), but are interested in applicable knowledge.

    The hubris of the interviewers is breath-taking. They rarely arrive prepared. Always rushed.
