Easier for men than women: Men: Jeans or khakis. Collared shirt. Shoes with laces. Do NOT wear a suit. Women: "business casual" which is hard to nail down. I haven't seen a woman wearing pantyhose at Apple in 20 years. The adage "you can never be over-dressed" is NOT true at Apple. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable, yourself, and at ease.
Business casual. Easy for men, harder for women. Do not wear a suit or you will never get an offer. Be comfortable. Being yourself, natural and relaxed is the most important.
Apple is casual in dress (many wear jeans and t-shirts, including upper management). I wore kakis and polo shirt, and I was better dressed than anyone I interviewed with.
I was told that business casual was acceptable but I always wore a suit or at least a shirt and tie.
Shorts and a t shirt.
