    Talking to the employees instead of last minute chats to bring out any issues , management waits to last minute to bring any issues to you

    Learning that not everyone needs to be managed in the same way. Not everyone is motivated by things and not everyone is perky 24/7.

    Compassion and not focused solely on revenues at any cost. More emphasis needs to be placed on users and engineers not just profits.
