Aramark Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Its fair and appropriate for the business

the big variety of discounts are endless

Goodbye holidays, but for some reason, our manager is not helping us get them

I only use the Dental plan& eye care. Vacation time needs to be reevaluated for hourly employees, especially employees with a year or more service.

Pension is the best thing about it.

Review from Operations Dept

The Bonus and benefit plan

Health, dental, and vision. There are discounts on various places.

401k and health benefits. Those are what's great about the package

vocation, paid time off, medical benefits

borrowing against my 401k is a great low rate option that lets me pay back myself.

401 k and retirement opertunites

Everything to be honest, couldn't complain

The benefits are truly excellent.

The overall benefit package is flexible so it helps

Paid time off and holidays

Literally everything. Can't put into words how great it is

Decently priced for a family of fove.

The new Stock option are great

Health care options are great

The hourly pay as well as being able to earn from sales i make

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Unpaid in a role that i take too much responsibility for without any recognition or pay-rise

Review from Operations Dept

Better communication when questions arise

I don't receive benefits wven though I am working full time hours.

Nothing it goes beyond a simple amount.

Better benefits, and for management to be better knowledge of what type of job is needed in a facility

I dont feel its fairs everyone ive worked with got a raise but im the only one who has not got one. If i got paid more by tje hour and have more respect shwon towards me and my work thats being done

A simple Google search showed Aramark is paying my position at 4% under the national average. In a company where executives make over $100k per year, this is unacceptable.

Undervalued would imply acknowledgement of exisitance. I never worked with managers, they exisited only in the office.

Because I need a job

A higher raise since I been there for a year the only raise are cents. Not even 50 cents atleast. Contributing more than the position I applied. Cashier/ General Utility /Dish Washer/ Line Cook and sometimes technician. I only applied for 1 didn't knew I applied more than 1.

I have been working there the longest and know more about the business in all dept, but when it comes to getting a raise, I'm the lowest paid.

I believe that working in coffee shops or restaurants need better paid.

Review from Sales Dept

If my pay wasnt cut every year that would be a start. Also, promoting temps that live in their cars at our venue is bad for morale overall.

Treat staff fairly pay staff fairly should be performace based of yiur trained kn more sections and used more than other employees it shiuld reflect in the pays

Having better salary and benefits as well as a better working culture.

If you expect perfection the first week from someome you should pay more then McDonald's.

I am undervalued. I am overworked for three different occupations and being paid the lowest with no benefits .

Important management postions are cut while their work is piled onto other managers with no compensation for the extra work.

Market value adjustment, lower benefit costs

We are all undervalued. Especially part timers. Unions are not as great as people think. Even a small pay raise would make me feel better about how hard we work.
