What makes you most happy at work?

I like to be a role model to others ,I enjoy communication with my team to keep them up on things happening .i enjoy seeing happy people come to our cafeteria excited to eat and engage in good conversation

There are several colleagues that I communicate with that are extremely supportive and encouraging. This does exclude the director which is not supportive at all.

Most of my coworkers are kind

Having a good manger& 1 free meal& having some good colleagues to work with makes a difference.

I feel stability from working for the company and I plan to move forward with my career.

Working with the University students. Greeting the public with the ability to present positive product and smiles!

Talking with the patients and working together with my team.

Seeing my team come together to get the job done no matter our personal opinion of one another.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not following 3 month probation once your hired your there till you decide to leave good or bad worker no consequences for bad behavior or work ethic

Treat the employees nice and respectfully

The pay and the fact that the pto is not enough

Antiquated and lack of any real quality programs or managers.

Improve company culture; welcoming, caring for each other

Quality of the food. Also having it in stock and hospitality to the guest. There are also many temps and not full time employees. Also short staff.

not paying people enough to do the job that required and not enough hours

Hire people and help ur workers

Listen to staff they are on the shop floor the know whats going on Stop the negative energy be happeir liek fromt of house have to its your job to make sure employees that arnt up to scrtach are delt with back up your supervisors Pay staff based on performance Gift cards to employees that earn it

Respect of employees and better pay

The general manager needs to go. When the toxicity is at the top it tends to spread to the subordinates.

Food & quanity of food given to children is terrible. Do to the fact this mananger has no clue on what he is doing when it comes to school guidelines.

Fix the problem people not coming in on time or not showing up. Dont treat other people like crap

Missing product is a every week thing it never ends it gets great then it gets worse product shows up or cages with product are checked off being full and the cage being completely empty with so said filled product lack luster managament watching over that...

Re- hire people concern about cleaning. The new management shown that does not care.

Most customers want to close their accounts. Because there is never a solution to their queries.

The systems don't work. People ask to be out on auto pay, doesn't work. They get wrong deliveries and still get charged for complete orders. The point of contact on their account NEVER works. The local office and billing department don't know who does what. Customers never get their issues resolved.

The boss is letting everybody run all over him he can't put his foot down everybody late people call in

The pay, rude upper mgt at our location. We can't get employees because we pay 9.20 and surrounding school districts pay better. FWISD 16.00hr,Burleson 12.00hr, Chapel Hill 17.00hr IDEA 13.50-15.00hr depending on experience.

Exciting envirionments and huge challenges

They take chances on entry-level applicants.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Incentive. Opportunity to progress and move up. Yearly raises.
