Respect of employees and better pay
The general manager needs to go. When the toxicity is at the top it tends to spread to the subordinates.
Food & quanity of food given to children is terrible. Do to the fact this mananger has no clue on what he is doing when it comes to school guidelines.
Fix the problem people not coming in on time or not showing up. Dont treat other people like crap
Missing product is a every week thing it never ends it gets great then it gets worse product shows up or cages with product are checked off being full and the cage being completely empty with so said filled product lack luster managament watching over that...
Re- hire people concern about cleaning. The new management shown that does not care.
Most customers want to close their accounts. Because there is never a solution to their queries.
The systems don't work. People ask to be out on auto pay, doesn't work. They get wrong deliveries and still get charged for complete orders. The point of contact on their account NEVER works. The local office and billing department don't know who does what. Customers never get their issues resolved.

The pay, rude upper mgt at our location. We can't get employees because we pay 9.20 and surrounding school districts pay better. FWISD 16.00hr,Burleson 12.00hr, Chapel Hill 17.00hr IDEA 13.50-15.00hr depending on experience.
