I loved worked for the company overall, however my general manger and store manager were not kind and the store had issues.

Communication, fairness, better training with management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part our crew and coworkers all get along. Turnover is high so you never know who will get along with who.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The turn over is very high, which requires constant covering/picking up shifts. Due to my low wage, I had to get another job with benefits as Arbys does not offer those, no matter how many hours I work.
