I just started my employment at Arby's, and they've already failed to pay me my full wages for CHRISTMAS week. I've spoken with the GM, and she doesn't have a clue as the how to obtain details , and put the proper paper work in to correct the problem. I am not the only one experiencing this proble

When you fail to pay employees for the work they've already put in the whole team has simply failed period.

We work as a team, and we respect each other. We always lift each other up, and learn from one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Each employee work with the expectation of a paycheck, and when you don't take care of the employees that take pride in their work compensation is just one problem of many, many more.
