Incompident management, unappreciative always short staffed
What makes you most happy at work?
Other then clocking out. There is nothing anymore
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing there job correctly. More communitcation. And start picking up the slack

Nothing. It was a good work place and i enjoyed working for this company, now everybody getting lazy

They gave me the job and the oppurtunity to work at a new ,seemed to be ,fun and positive company

Improve in communicating and doing what arbys pay them to do.i can work better when everyone can work equally and actually care about the job in hand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wheni come in, the start of my shift, i have to clean and stock up after them and management just let the employees leave with nothing being completed for the next employees. Even managers, .ost of time have to do there jobs. Managers leave early with communicating.always short staffed. A pay raise
