Negative. Putting in my 2 week at the end of the year.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many options being added to the menu.

Better pay and more hours allocated so I can staff my store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay. There should be no reason a person who has been there for 5 years is paid less than a person off the streets.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't allow us to properly staff our stores. I'm salaried and make a little of 2 quarters an hour then the AGM if you factored us by hourly.
