my experience at work is absolutely beyond horrible. i dread everyday going to work. the general manger is terrible.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to stop allowing the general manager to walk all over them.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
again i repeat a new general manager needs to be hired. that would drasticly change the environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i am constantly belittled, put down and yelled at for no reason at all. and it's not just me that these things happen to it's alot of the other employees.
