What do you like best about the leadership team?
It would be nice if everyone was treated fairly and with respect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a few coworkers and just a couple of managers that will help me out when I need it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be held to the same standards as everyone else. There is a HUGE problem with cell phones at my location.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I have years of experience in the fast food service industry and I was told that the base pay for ALL positions in which I mainly work is higher than what I currently receive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not getting enough hours. Hours are currently spread thin and more employees are being hired. I'm expected to be okay with my hours being changed that I was hired for, to accommodate other employee's schedules which seem to constantly change. And soo much more.
