Management is a negative influence, a poor example and there is no outside influence to correct because on paper it looks good. When corporate visits or inspections are done the managers put on a good show
Treated like we are beneath the management team, my manager wont even cover for customers if I have to use the restroom and forces me to wait until the end of my shift. Micro managing as if I am a child or in a communist work environment
