Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living in Atlanta is expensive. And though I love my career. I just don't feel that I am fairly compensated. Especially being part of the management team. I have to work a secondary job just to make ends meat. I'm tired of struggling Arbys family. Raise please. Not 10 cents either.
