I am being treated unfairly at my store due to the color of my skin.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am being treated unfairly due to my skin color. Nothing is being done about it. Other workers are being harassed and disrespected as well and nothing is being done about it. The same one worker that is causing all of these issues refuses to respect another worker's personal space.
