When I first started I was excited to go to work but now I dread everyday that I am scheduled due to the new management, I have already had an anxiety attack due to the management, I told the HR person that was there and he was very inconsiderate and rude with how he handled it
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Properly trained staff and better communication skills.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication amongst the crew and for us to actually have crew meetings
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promoting a better workplace environment, teaching the human resource managers how to handle situations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work with the one manager and one employee that make the place bearable
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hire people that will help staff instead of making them seem like they are incompetent. Have managers make up their mind on whether or not an employee is being helpful or not. Stop criticizing staff for being team players and trying to help out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was interviewed, the manager was curtious and took into account the employees needs, but now people are hired because we are losing more employees than we are gaining, and the reason is all the same with having issues with the current management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for 4 years and have had a great working experience with that management but with the new management, all that happens is employees being belittled and harassed. A better pay would make work better since we are dealing with this environment.
