It was great at first. But my store turned from a franchise to a corporate store. While I was there I realized that the pay is horrible. 10 cent raises every 6 months are just not okay. And the managers were used to franchise ways so they got away with pretty much everything.

We work so hard for the little money we do get. Raises are not enough.

Most positive is the customers that come in. You usually get to meet all kinds of different people.
