My beginning was amazing the crew, the managers everything I looked forward to going to work each day. When we were made to transfer to this tore life became a molten knotted disaster almost like living in a horror movie

People need to learn to or at least start doing their jobs instead of leaving it for others

My interviewing manager was also my original Genera Manager he is an individual that people follow very easily and are very loyal to
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team members need to stop arguing with all managers. This and maybe a whole lot less bad attitude than some people give all the time
What makes you most happy at work?
Clocking out and leaving is the only part of my job that I like. I hate the store that I was forced to transfer to just because the the General Manager can't seem to ever really be at work instead of leaving and staying clocked so she gets her hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel extremely undervalued because even after almost a full year of closing and running shifts with just barely enough people to work the priority positions and many with only 2 people to close I am still dealing with making only a quarter more than a new hire , plus when ARG took over our stores
