People were hired with nothing written on resume. Often, they are promised this or that by Arby's. Upon being hired, management skips around their promises until the employee inevitable leaves the company after maybe 2 to 4 weeks. If that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a medical condition that prevents my driving. After working in lower management for 5 years with no GM staffed 25% of the time, my lack of driving ability was used to prevent me from promotion while I was held responsible for assistant manager duties. There was never an assistant staffed.
