Working at Arm has been very fulfilling and fun for me. I get to work on interesting topics with even more interesting and impressive people. I've found Arm to be a great place to grow, where my contributions are acknowledged and I have an opportunity to make a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are as transparent as they can be with their messaging. It's not always easy for them, but they try to keep the entire company as informed, supported, and encouraged as possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can share my work with another colleague, share ideas, and make progress towards learning something new together. Arm has a collaborative culture that I really enjoy and keeps me engaged and happy with my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a range of ideas amongst our team; we don't always agree on things, and that's a good thing. My team also encourages learning, there are no dumb questions and people are always open to sharing their knowledge and bouncing ideas off of one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is an added benefit called FlexPot to our compensation package. It is an extra pot of money that can be used towards things linked to your well-being (including financial). I used it to pay off my student loans without even touching my normal salary, which was a great relief.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're really encouraged to "be your brilliant self", as we would say. This isn't just a gimmick, Arm really does support each employee in their unique needs and ambitions. As an employee, I feel valued not only for what I can do but ultimately who I am and what I uniquely add to the company.
