When I can share my work with another colleague, share ideas, and make progress towards learning something new together. Arm has a collaborative culture that I really enjoy and keeps me engaged and happy with my work.
We have a range of ideas amongst our team; we don't always agree on things, and that's a good thing. My team also encourages learning, there are no dumb questions and people are always open to sharing their knowledge and bouncing ideas off of one another.
There is an added benefit called FlexPot to our compensation package. It is an extra pot of money that can be used towards things linked to your well-being (including financial). I used it to pay off my student loans without even touching my normal salary, which was a great relief.
