Relative to what they make in profit, the employees make a pretty low percentage out of that. Our compensation should reflect the higher profits the company is making.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Respect for the employee as a human and realizing human error exists, and not giving an employee who rarely makes mistakes a severe punishment such as taking away their yearly bonus or terminating them.
