    Compared to other industries in the area, the company pays well. Relative to what they make in profit, the employees make a pretty low percentage out of that. Our compensation should reflect the higher profits the company is making.

    Respect for the employee as a human and realizing human error exists, and not giving an employee who rarely makes mistakes a severe punishment such as taking away their yearly bonus or terminating them.
