Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Great work life balance as I am 100% remote. I work with a great team and for a great manager. I think Ascension's vision of caring and compassionate care is amazing. I think some of the executive team needs to hire more based on the ABIDE framework.

Yes, but always hoping for more $$

Working from home...a fabulous manager..flexibility in my schedule

Working from home! Giving back to our community!

They seem to care about me as a person as well as my career.

Comradery, they way we help each other and I can call some of them my friends outside of work.

Work Life Balance and the flexibility! I work from home and my schedule is flexible. My manage is amazing and my team is fabulous!

We support & help each other constantly, I consider a few of them my close friends. We are a flexible team and help each other if last minute issues come about.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home...a great manager and wonderful team and teammates who are my friends. Being able to take PTO and knowing that my workbench will be taken care of while I'm ut.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would NEVER say undervalued, but I feel that I do deserve more than someone who has no experience and being promoted because that person knows someone who knows someone, etc. I work hard and have been compensated very well but it's time for more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As far as my immediate leader, he's amazing. He cares for me as a person and cares about my profesisonal development. As far as my leadership team, I do feel his manager may be somewhat too involved and comes across as a little bit of a micro manager. He means well but too involved.
