The team that I work with, along with the candidates that I get to connect with make it all worth it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how open the communication is. We're able to discuss processes and procedures and everyone is extremely transparent which is comforting in an organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a pay cut when I joined Ascension. I feel like the rates for Recruiters and the amount of work that we have to do could be increased.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works really well together. We foster an environment where we can ask questions and bounce ideas off of each other. My manager is extremely supportive and I love being part of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the company is family oriented and that I have a work life balance. This is the first place that I've worked where I feel like I can take time off to hang out with my kids, while also having a somewhat flexible schedule at work.
