We communicate well!! We encourage one another and help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better bonuses would be nice. It's hard to attract employees to the organization when we pay substantially less than others. It would also be helpful to have hiring leaders work with us. We're not on the same page.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy my actual job.. I love speaking to people and trying to do my best to help change their current situation in a positive way. It's hard to do that because things change so often and not everyone is on the same page.
