What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that we are a non profit, so i feel we are more invested in the community.

We have all been here a really long time. So we are all invested in each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will take time out of their schedule to either answer your questions or get them to someone who can.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It may not be part of the compensation but I get to work from home, which cuts down on work expenses.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do something I like doing and I get to feel like I make a difference in the lives of our patients.
