Very competitive PTO amount and increase once you hit a certain date.

I know the positive impact I am making for our patient population especially the poor and vulnerable.

They care about each other and want the best for their teammates. Managers want to promote from within.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management wants a good work-life balance. We have quiet Fridays where we are not supposed to schedule meetings in the afternoon so we can focus on work or allow for PTO.
