I love what I do. It's not a job, it's a passion! I love helping people and changing lives for the better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to ALWAYS jump in and help however they can. We are truly a T.E.A.M. They are very loving and supportive in/out of the office - I love my work family!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've trained new hires with less experience and credentials than I have and they are making 10k more than I did. I know pay should never be discussed, but most people still do. Ascension recently lost some great associates (TA) because of unfair compensation. I only expect a fair/competitive pay.
