I love our mission. I question the following of our mission from some of the top leadership though.

We do have a great team! We count on each other a lot and everyone pitches in as needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In TA pay is all over the board--no consistency at all. People with a lot less experience and time with Ascension are making a lot more--like several thousand more. We were told there were to be no raises last year due to COVID however I have co-workers that have shared that they did indeed get them
