I have been with Ascension for 8 yrs and there have been a lot of changes throughout the years. These changes have allowed me to grow and get to where I am now. The changes have helped shaped me to be a better person and a good leader.

Helping others and being a problem solver.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all team players and try to help out any way that we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are open and encourage everyone to use their voice to talk through successes and pain points. I like that they encourage everyone to think of process improvement ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I contribute a lot to the team since starting 8 yrs ago. I have always maintained heavier workloads and asked to help out with many projects. With doing all this, I have always been on the lower end of the pay scale even though I contribute a lot to the team.
