I've worked in two divisions of the company and there was a stark difference between the two. For the first couple years the old division (now defunct) was not a good place to work. My current job, team, family are awesome. I feel safe. I'm challenged. I enjoy going to work and seeing my people.

I'm paid fairly and the amount of PTO is good.

My leaders listen and show that they care not only in words, but in actions.

I feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes. I am accepted for who I am.
What makes you most happy at work?
Connecting with people about nerdy stuff that we both enjoy but that also happens to be our job.
