It's a great company to work for. Making sure those being placed in leadership roles can actual lead and have knowledge of the area they are over, is huge and an opportunity. Better leader development within their area is key, otherwise it turns into a blind leading the blind situation. More PTO :)
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy working for the organization. One key thing that Senior Leadership needs to remember and consider is the rate at which we change and the downstream impacts that can have on employees still catching up from the last change.

Remote working, 100% And being able to share thoughts without fear of ostracization.

The openness to embrace change, which can also turn into a negative at times. Too much change and change fatigue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
STARP eligibility and pay when you get promoted. Since it's known what your current pay is, limiting those step ups to a certain % vs what an external might receive for the same role can be disappointing.
