What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My close friend at work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team building exercises and a way to know the person more than what their job title states.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We come together and help each other. Teamwork is the best possible quality to have to be successful.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love interacting with my applicant's, colleagues and getting the joy of seeing someone get excited about their new journey/career with Ascension.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I'm extremely stressed while going to (and being at) work. There's uncertainty, the job load is higher than what we can keep up with and that affects performance.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I've never experienced or been a part of a more caring and understanding team of leaders in my department. It's amazing and unbelievable to think people care about your wellbeing.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There was not a lot of pressure with the interview process when I was hired. The Supervisor made me feel so comfortable and even more excited about joining the Ascension Team!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As much as we care about our community, we need to realize the people that make these things happen are our employees. If there was higher compensation that helps with retention. Perks like giveaways/raffles/etc. could be something to consider.
